Poor triaging of patients. Unfriendly staff. X Ray clinic was a completely opposite experience though than the clinic.

Absolutely no confidentiality here !!! Everyone sitting in a large lobby no TV running no music to distract the public as you check in at the window with the small opening and are asked many personal questions. Not cool !!!

Just called there and the receptionist was probably the rudest and most abrupt person I have encountered in a long time.

My husband told them we were paying for it out of pocket. Not asking for free services. Our medical insurance approved us to go here and would reimburse later. At first they kept telling me «but that’s expensive, why would you pay out of pocket?» When I stated I was American, they said we won’t treat you. She told me I was a liability. I just needed meds for a very bad upper respiratory infection, double ear infection. I was miserable, trying to cross the border being so sick would have been miserable.

Horrible. We’re in town visiting relatives and my wife has a very bad cold. We went in, and they refused to see her because she was American. Doctor said outright: «I’m here to treat Canadians. She’s not in distress so she can drive across the border and get treatment over there.»
Unbelievable. If she’s not willing to do what’s right… Be warned. The Dr can pick and choose who she wants to treat.
