About six months ago, one of their agents (Paul Germanese) sold our home for us and I found him to be exception in his service. Paul met with us and took us through the process. We actually interviewed several agents, and we found Paul to be the most aggressive and passionate about our particular home (as opposed to just passionate about selling or the process in general). I was living away from home during the sale, so I particularly appreciated the nature of and high level of interaction that Paul provided.
