This place has by far got the worst customer service. A group of my friends bought cakes from there last week, all of the mini cakes were really old and dry tasting! I was quite surprised because it wasn’t my first time trying out their cakes. However, I didn’t think this was a big deal, and then I spoke to one of the workers there and explained to her my experience. To my utter shock her response was, «well that is JUST your opinion». I did not even receive a verbal apology or even an acknowledgement that there might’ve been a mistake. I will never return again, and if you want your moneys-​worth then go somewhere else!

I went into this sweet smelling bakery and instantly got the urge to try one of everything! They had everything from Western cakes to traditional Middle Eastern pastries, like namora, osmalleya, and knafeh. I savored everything I tried, even if I didn’t know what I was devouring. The prices were reasonable too, and I returned a second time to buy a big party tray, that they packaged neatly for me so these perfect candied treats could be safely transported. If you get to Wyandotte St, a gem of a place for foodies, make sure you take some dessert home from Nizam.
