Complaint is towards the auto service.
My partner brought his car there for an oil change. When they finished and put the tray back on (which was at the bottom of the car) it was not screwed in properly and came off while we were driving and the cover was scraping against the pavement as we drove. Bought it back to have it screwed on properly (they gave excuses no apology) which was fine, not a huge deal.
The second time we bought it and asked Gord to check out 3 issues and asked for only a power wash, nothing else.
Here is what happened:
–Only 2 out of 3 issues were addressed and fixed, the other issue was ignored.
–Despite telling them we ONLY wanted a power wash, they used brushes and a mop brush that caused swirl marks which damage the coating
–There were small scratches on the side of the car
–The hood had scratch marks from the cleaning equipment
