Not a bad place if you just need a bed to sleep for the price. You are not getting luxury with this place. Staff is generally friendly. They could invest in some thicker walls, with the doors opening and closing all morning with people leaving it does make getting sleep a little difficult. As well you can here the plumbing rattle through the night. Might wanna check on it, but you get what you pay for.

This was more like a motel. The staff are friendly and polite but the décor and room are very dated. I noticed the spread and shower curtain were very dirty, the room quite dusty. Not bad for a nights sleep but not worth the price I paid. Would not stay here again.

i stayed at this hotel last friday with my daughter. as we were beginning a vacation, i sprung extra for a jacuzzi room. our room was small but i didn’t need much space, and it was past the baby’s bedtime so i got her ready for bed. i quickly realized that the room was stifling hot and the air conditioner provided only minimal relief, but enough so that it was a necessity to keep it on all night. suddenly, the air conditioner started making a buzzing noise so loud it kept jolting the baby awake. traveling alone with a toddler, i didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms but i could hear through the wall that this buzzing noise appeared to be a common occurrence in the rooms anyway.
the next morning, after little sleep, i approached the desk and told them that the noise had kept us awake all night and perhaps maintenance should be called for future guests. the desk clerk’s only response was, «my shift ends in half an hour, so i’ll leave a note for the next shift». no apology or anything. i didn’t expect any compensation, but i felt unwelcome as a guest and that the staff didn’t really care about my experience, especially as i had spent the extra money for a «deluxe» room. i definitely won’t be giving them my business again.
