History
Established in 1962.
In 1962, Terry Davison, a local accountant, started a property management service specializing in renting office and warehouse space. That company has grown to include property in Texas and Florida. In 2006, Terry’s daughter, Christine, took over as President of the company and expanded the business to professional services which include Document Shredding, Document Storage, Premium Self Storage and Boardroom Rentals. She rebranded the company as «The Place for Space» with the goal of filling all of Windsor’s business space needs.

Business Owner
Christine took over the business from her father, Terry, in 2007. Prior to joining the family business, Christine worked for 18 years for Hiram Walker spending much of her career in Scotland. Christine cares about the community and is active in local charity.
