Pulled pork egg rolls are killer. I would be careful about calling yourself a bbq joint. Only two items that are smoked on the menu.

Awesome diner food, and not– so diner options too. All seemingly delicious and a super friendly staff and chef. This place has a nice layout, and a delicious burger made with local grass fed ground beef. I had mine with a awesome spinach salad that had crispy lite onion frites in the top. Not very greasy and full of flavor!!! Ill be back for sure next time im in kentville.

Having been a huge fan of the former establishment at this address it was quite a let down to see the new format. It is a BBQ joint. Paper napkins, limited wine selection, t-​shirted staff:-(As a BBQ joint goes it is below average. The smokehouse is on site and the ribs were still a treat but there was a «turkey dinner» special when we were there that was quite nasty — dressing does not equal bread cubes. The sourdough appetizer was bland and just plan odd — a mix of brouchetta (a few small tomato cubes) and balsamic vinegar dip.
It used to be worth the drive from Halifax, now there are much better BBQ options closer to home — as well as better bistro options.
