The food was horrible would not return. Had meatballs and spegetti don’t look at the menu pictures because the food is nothing like it the meatballs look like they where made for a toddler and the taste has to be worst. Not recommended.

Went here on March 14th, 2015. Had amazing service and the food was great! I would definitely go back soon. Great spot for families and many choices on the menu for everyone.

Went to ESM Wed Oct 15, 2014 for dinner at around 4:45pm and must say it was quite good. Had coupon for free appetizer… had the calimari fritti… it was excellent. Had the steak, it was slightly under cooked but delicious nonetheless. Wife had the scallops, it was also excellent. Our server Pam was courteous and efficient, even though she was busy. Overall, have to say our experience this time around was one of the best. Would be frequenting this ESM more often in the future and would definitely recommend to all.

Was hesitant to come for dinner. Past few times wasn’t up to par. This time much better. Good service even though very busy. Very noisy! Had lasagna and it was good. Bread good as always. Kids had pizza and chicken parmasan. Looked presentable. Faith has been returned in this establishment.

Went to Eastside Mario’s for a birthday party of 5. Had been before, and always had decent service and food. This time was the exact opposite. Drink order was taken right away after being seated. However it took 15min for them to arrive at the table. Food order was taken. Bread and salad was good. Food came to the table and I found a black hair in my pasta. Order was taken back and new one was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. Food was fine, nothing special. Waiter took a second/refill drink order that was never brought to the table. I think he was new(or at least I hope he was) No one made an attempt to come to the table to ask if everything was ok, or apologize for the hair in the food. Not impressed w the overall service or food. Won’t be returning by choice.

This place is a bar and that means bar food deep frayed expensive heart attack food. I have only been there once and have no interest in returning unless the menu changes

Good food, kinda overpriced but you get unlimited soup and salad with your $ 27 entrée so that’s good. One waitress was so rude, the young guy was really nice tho. It depends on the time I go

Good food, but overpriced even for lunch menu. Spent $ 90 for 3 people. Nice environment for a chain restaurant.

Found a red pubic hair in my food. The owner was rude, insulated it was mine. Offered a coupon. Horrible.

I find it’s hit or miss here. Sometimes I’ll go and everything is great. Sometimes I go and am disappointed. If they were consistently good I would eat there more often. Offers many different foods, so good if a bunch of people are dining out.

Mediocre food for a nice family Italian restaurant East Side Mario’s is an Italian chain restaurant that looks nice on the outside and inside. The menu is pretty expansive and includes all your Italian restaurant staples from pizza to pasta and everything in between. The food is mediocre though and the service, though real friendly, was a bit slow. The prices are also a bit too high for the food portions and taste. I’ve had the Spaghettini Bolognese and the Fettucini Chicken Tettrazini. Both come with the unlimited soup/or salad, and garlic bread loaves. I tried the Italian Wedding soup which is just meatballs and spinach in a chicken broth. The broth was good but it seemed like something out of a can. Nothing special. The garlic bread was probably the best thing here. It was warm and fresh and came with enough butter and garlic without it being overpowering. The Spaghettini Bolognese was a bit too bland. The pasta was cooked nicely, but the sauce could have used more seasoning. The meat should have shone through a bit more and added flavor to the whole dish but it never really did. There really isn’t much else to say about it. The Fettucini Chicken Tettrazini was a bit better. It had its fair share of mushrooms and chicken. The pasta was a bit overcooked but didn’t really affect the dish too much. The chicken and mushrooms were flavorful and the dish was overall pretty good. Overall, the meals here have been a bit disappointing. I’ve had better Italian elsewhere. I’m a fan of those little mom and pop shops that sell Italian food fresh with their own recipes. These kind of chain places overcharge for dishes that could easily be made better at home.
