We opened at the end of 2008 to offer traditional Southern cooking made the only way it should be — from scratch just like Grandma used to make.

After falling in love with the food during a 3 week trip to Mardi Gras in N’awlins, I set out on my own culinary excursion to learn the tricks to make these great dishes. Nine years later the opportunity arose to start my own restaurant, and it was obvious what the cuisine was going to be. Our goal is simple, make food the way its supposed to be made, from scratch. Our breakfast sausage, chicken fingers, mac n cheese — all from scratch just like Grandma used to make.
