Specialties
We have been serving the White Rock/South Surrey community since we opened our doors in 1996. Whether you’re a student, parent, educator or professional our philosophy is simple: offer you the best service and advice at a competitive price. You may be surprised how our prices compare to the «big» stores.
The staff at Tapestry Music are all professional musicians and have experience as music educators as well. We want you to succeed in music, so we always ask questions about you and your musical needs before we proceed. And if we don’t stock the item you want we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction where you can get it.
In addition to private music lessons (we have 20 teachers), band and string instrument rentals and repair services, we stock guitars, amplifiers, effects (over 500), band instruments, stringed instruments, drum sets, digital pianos, printed music and accessories.
We are an authorized dealer for Fender, Yamaha, Jupiter, Roland, Eastman and other brands.
History
Established in 1996.
Tapestry Music has become a music hub in the local community of White Rock/South Surrey. We sell tickets for local events, have over 350 students taking lessons weekly, provide repair services for not only the general public but also for the Surrey, Delta and Langley School Districts.
In recent years, Tapestry has grown its online presence with customers reaching from throughout Canada to Australia, Japan and Europe. And our advice is always free whether choosing a guitar, pedal, amplifier, band instrument or trying to find that elusive sheet music title.
