History
Established in 2000.
Cathleen graduated from UBC Law School in 1993 and was called to the Bar in 1994. She has practiced almost exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury and Family Law since her start in downtown Vancouver. After several years litigating at the Vancouver Law Courts and beyond, she made the strategic decision to return to White Rock, where she was born and raised, and continues to reside. Her decision to practice in White Rock was a good one allowing her to offer the services and experience of downtown counsel in a local setting. Cathleen has enjoyed success at every level of court in B.C. including Provincial Court, British Columbia Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. She also realizes the benefit of negotiated settlements to her clients, but to their advantage, she has extensive trial experience if the matter must be decided in a courtroom.
