I have been going to this shop since they opened. The expertise and friendliness of the staff never disappoint. We like to entertain and consider ourselves «foodies». The difference between a Costco strip loin and off the cleaver is the difference between RuthChris and The Keg! I have had the pleasure of enjoying many of the prepared meals; different cuts of meat and several aged cheddars and have yet to be disappointed.

A blogger took my review and contacted the owners. He «urged me to seek restitution» for this unacceptable experience and contacted Todd himself because he is a customer himself and knew the owners. I ended up being forwarded an email from the store to the blogger…
Subject: There are occasional bumps in the road
