My friends and their kids play hockey at this location. It has 6 pads. If you’re a spectator late in the evening to watch shinny, there is no heat in the stands. Pad 6 is the coldest; bring a blanket. During the day, the heaters are on and the coffee shop and food stands are open. Reasonable pricing for an arena. They keep the place pretty clean, too.

Here’s the list of arenas in GTA that have 6(six!) ice pads: #1 — Iroquios #2 — … hmmm… drawing a blank here. In fact, I don’t think there are any other. Iroquios Park Sports Centre(which I believe is correct name) is new and bright. It’s located next to the Go Train station right off Hwy 401. A lot of good hockey and great lacrosse is played within these walls. If the heaters are not on, you’ll find it to be rather cold in the stands /seats. Which happens to indicate the ice there is good. There is a pro shop near Rink 1 to get your skates sharpened. One of the hallways has been turned into a mini Hall of Fame. There is restaurant /bar on premises as well as concessions(pizza, burgers, coffee, etc). Several large screen TVs in the hallways constantly show some major league footage. Or if The Leafs or The Raptors or The Jays are playing, you can watch that too and sip your coffee while you wait for Little Johnny(or Little Joanne) to get changed. There is a Timmy across the street and a few other stores. There are many more the restaurants be on the other side of 401, some close to Brock St, and some further East and closer to Tomken Rd.
