Prima Luxuria

Great salon :) I go to Jessica for my hair and she always does an amazing job. Cheaper than most places in town, lovely décor and friendly staff. Never had a bad experience.

If i could give this spa a Zero I would. I started going here a few years ago for tanning, the girls in there were never all that nice. One day I went for a tan and the bed wasn’t clean and it was slimy and gross. I jumped out right away and when I complained she was just rude about it so I left and never went back. Starting a few months ago I started shopping there again because they sell Dermalogica, There are only two girls in the entire place that had the proper training on it and they are either never there or on break. All the other girls try and help but when you are purchasing a product with such a hefty price tag I don’t like when someone guesses about a product. I went in to buy shampoo once and same thing, they all guessed and showed me whatever was closest to them.
To me. if you sell a product your entire staff should no about it. Selling a product that isn’t right for someone could harm them, especially with Dermalogica, One girl once almost sold me something (But I said no) turns out it would have pretty much burned my face off.
So besides the fact that they are all rude and not that nice, they don’t no anything about what they sell either. I can’t say much about their salon and spa offers because i have never gotten anything done with them, and I prob never will.
Stay away from this place.
