I went to get my brows done, they were done well. The receptionist was really unfriendly though(on the phone and in person), as if you are bothering her. Once I got there and told her about my appointment she gave me an estimate time and that’s it, no «You can wait here» or anything, so I just kinda stood there and had to ask if I could sit somewhere. She did the same with someone else after, the person was just as confused as I was. It looks like a very nice place with lots of potential it but seems poorly organized(empty shelves with some random items on them, half empty bottles of polishes as «decoration»). I would have come back but ain’t nobody got time for attitude, life is tough enough.

Went to get my shellac replaced as I was already in Westmount square and it was convenient… told the lady my shellac being removed was soak off. She let them soak for not even 2 minutes and proceeded to kill my nails with the drill/electric filer that totally ruins NATURAL nails. I told her to stop approximately 5 times and she refused. I am a shy person so it took a lot for me to even say anything and I really wanted to walk out but could not find the courage to. Anyways, 4 days pass and THREE of my nails break to the point where it hurts and my nails should not be that long. I bled. On every nail. I will discourage everyone I know from going to this place. Disgusting lack of care for PAYING customers’ body parts.

This small spa in Westmount square seems to offer a wide variety of services for such a diminutive shop. They have 3 pedicure chats, 4 manicure stations, 2 massage chairs, and 4 hair/brow stations(that I could see). I stopped in here on behalf of my grandmother, who needed to have her toenails trimmed. They took her without appointment, and where all good to accommodate her limited mobility, and did not insist on the«full treatment»(polish etc…) when all she wanted was the nails cleaned and trimmed… Place seems clean and the staff friendly, although most of the nail technicians spoke neither English or French, which can potentially make communication difficult…
