I came here to get my dress pants hemmed. Turn around was 30 minutes and only cost me $ 10.40 with discount. The customer service was friendly.

I’ve gone here many many times over the last two years. I wear suits to work and constantly need them repaired since I’m fairly rough on my suits. These guys are great with «invisible mending» essentially repairing a non-​seam suit repair. I’ve also got normal repairs done and always seem to be a high quality repair. Sometimes these guys give me a look when I take in a near non-​repairable rip and say it’s not going to be perfect, but in the end it’s pretty damn close!
Can’t say enough good things. Also has winter coat zipper repaired and was excellent fix.

Worst service I have ever had. If you are thinking of alterations do not go here! I have a few pictures of the pants they took in for me and if I can find a way to upload them to this site I will. I brought in a pair of true religion jeans (retail $ 300) for a very simple alteration. I understand that this type of jean has a bit of a twisted seam but it is even on both sides. I tried them on before I had them altered and showed them what I wanted done, the seams at this time were even on both sides. They then took my jeans for a week and when I came back to pick them up I tried them on and noticed something wasn’t right. The seams were completely uneven on both sides front and back. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if it was unnoticeable but considering the stitching is a gold colour and stands out the mistake is quite obvious. I pointed this out to Celina Padol (the seamstress who was responsible) and she simply told me this was the way they are supposed to look. I was amazed at how firmly she stood behind what she was saying when the mistake was plainly visible. She told me to come back in 3 days which is apparently how long it would take her to grab a pair of true religion jeans from a nearby store in the mall. Now that is a slow walker. When I told her I had no interest in coming back to west Vancouver in 3 days when I live in Vancouver to pick up a very expensive pair of jeans that belonged to me (that she had ruined) she made me pay full price for the wack alteration. 40 dollars to pay a woman to wreck a 300 dollar pair of jeans. Amazing. I can say I will never use this service again and I hope this saves a few people from making the same mistake I did.
