Richard Roston, DDS

Full disclaimer, I knew Dr. Roston’s family when I was five; it’s been a long time since.
This man and his staff are gold. For folks with fears of dentist visits, Dr. Roston is a sure-​fire winner. He explains every move and puts your comfort before all else; somehow, he also moves quickly and does a stellar job in the process.
Well worth the trip!

Dr. Rosten was my dentist from 1998 til 2013 when I moved to New Orleans, LA. Just saw my new dentist down here who x’rayed and examine my teeth and said I had clearly been cared for by a very fine dentist who had done excellent work. I’ve been going to Dr. Roston for all my dental needs for 15 years now, starting back in 1994 when I was 7 years old, and not once have I thought about switching dentists.
Dr. Roston’s office, located beside the Future Shop in South Park Royal, has become a timeless place for me; the chairs, magazine subscriptions, bright overhead lights, and the stereo playing the same old 80s and 90s music are always a constant, no matter how long has passed since my last appointment. There is very little, if any, turnover among the staff, so I’ve gotten to know them quite well in the past few years. They’re always smiling and genuinely want to know how you are doing; and plus, they know how to do their job professionally/​efficiently, leaving you minimum discomfort in your mouth.
Many years have passed, and for me, my baby teeth, countless cavities, and three wisdom teeth (I have three more still in there) have come and gone. Through all this, Dr. Roston has provided me with the best service I could ask for. Some other dentists might have fancy TV’s and other gadgets in their offices (or so I hear) but if you want simple, quality, and friendly dentistry, this is the place to go.
