We believe that every owner deserves a piece of mind knowing that their dog is cared for by qualified professionals, and getting the regular exercise and socialization needed to stay healthy.

Our services provides your dog fun & excitement, exercise & stimulation, socialization & a solution to boredom, while providing you a sense of security knowing that your loved one is in good hands. We currently service clients in Vancouver, the North Shore and West Vancouver. Regardless of where you are, we are dedicated to providing you and your dog exceptional care!

Yvonne L.

Business Owner

Yvonne is a certified dog walker and graduate of the prestigious DogTec Dog Walking Academy. She is also educated and certified in Pet First Aid & Canine CPR via DogSafe. She has lived in Vancouver all of her life and enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle Lucy, exploring the many trails in the great outdoors. Prior to owning and running Happy Wags, Yvonne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies and Psychology from the University of British Columbia and her Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Simon Fraser University. When she is not working on her ongoing continuing education goals or running through the forest with dogs, she can usually be found spending time with her friends and family. Yvonne comes with years of experience with dogs and is passionate about a true understanding of the family dynamic (including our canine family members) and providing professional, industry-​leading animal care to her clients.
