I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone just in few worlds:
Super polite staffs and receptionists
Very friendly and caring family doctors
Group of knowledgeable and famous specialists

It’s a very nice comfortable office and the front desk staff are helpful and Dr Dilalla is excellent. However, they won’t accept emails, doctors won’t even consider renewing any Rx over the phone and they don’t answer the phones (am writing this while still on hold…33 minutes so far at 2pm in the afternoon). They are definitely short staffed (or incompetent) in the patient interface department. Think twice before considering this clinic.

This place is a complete JOKE. To think people actually pay for some sort of improved service is simply incredible. Phone, and you are left holding for a minimum of 10 minutes while they play the «Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed» nonsense. The chiropractor’s staff are rude and condescending when you actually do get through. I had lost my card with the next date written on it and the assistant called to lecture me on how she gave me her local and card and whatever, whatever. I ended up cancelling as she was so appallingly discourteous.
