Clyde Small Motors

So so so bad. If it’s not one thing it’s another with this guy. I’ve made a total of 5 trips there and my lawn mower still isn’t in my garage:
1-​Dropped off for service.
2-​Picked up, took home, lawn mower wouldn’t start.
3-​Dropped off for service.again. Was told to come back next week.
4-​Attempted pick up the next week. Lawn mower not repaired, told to come back later in the week.
5-​Attempted pick up-​power off in the warehouse told to come back later.
I work during the day and travel regularly for work so getting in to drop off and pick up/​attempt to pick up my lawn mower is a total pain. Not to mention my lawn looks like a jungle.
The owner just doesn’t care and has no problem showing it. I’d avoid. He operates at his own pace, keeps irregular business hours and makes no apology. Not to mention my service cost over $ 200 (the lawn mower was $ 550 new).
