Pretty bad. Inexperienced stylists. Immature and unprofessional staff. All the great stylists left — makes you wonder why. Cancelled appointments without notice, high prices. Don’t go here

I’ve been to this salon a number of times, and my experience has been very dependant on the stylist I get. Take time to get recommendations (preferably from outside the salon), as skill levels vary.
My first few visits I had Jewel, who did an amazing job. She communicates well and provided great styling tips. Her haircut (a mid-​length blunt bob) was perfect.
Unfortunately I didn’t have such a great experience with Angel. I felt uncomfortable by her conversation in Farsi with another stylist during my appointment (a language I don’t speak), was a little apprehensive when she had another staff member mixing my colour, and awkwardly felt like my hair was overwhelming her. I have shoulder length, fine blonde hair but she kept sighing and periodically collapsing into the nearby chair like she was working with the most difficult hair of her life.
I’m so disappointed by the end result of this last visit– I’ve had to fix the cut myself, and I’m really not looking forward to growing the colour out.
On the plus side, this salon always has promotions, so I got a free nail polish with my colour service.

I always manage to be satisfied with the service at this location. I find the stylists, young and attentive to the customers needs. Thanks for the great cut Christine!
