Nice place and not crazy expensive. Right next to the Two Eagles Golf Course. Ask for a room that faces the golf course and your views are great! Sit on your own little balcony and watch golf or the lake/mountain views! Make sure to go to the restaurant at the golf course!

I was expecting so much more based off my experience at other Best Western Hotels … The one star is for the friendly housekeep staff. My partner and I came here because of a wedding that I was in and we were quite disappointed because of the following. 1. The name on our reservation was wrong so the woman at the front desk said we didn’t have a reservation. 2. We asked if we could check in early and the front desk told us we couldn’t because all the rooms were full so she threw me a business card and said call back. A couple checked out right after me and the front desk went on to tell me that they couldn’t change rooms because the housekeep staff didn’t start until 9:30am and the room was a different room type(that’s understandable but read what’s happens). She didn’t offer to keep our bags … She didn’t offer any suggestions. 3. We asked if we could use the pool showers and the front desk lady said«there are no showers.» — there are showers. 4. We proceeded to go find a restaurant for breakfast and ran into a housekeeping staff member in the parkade who gave us directions to a restaurant(why did the front desk tell us there was no housekeep staff?) 5. We came back to check in and there were two young ladies in front of me and I heard them ask if there were any rooms available for the evening … And … Guess what!!! There was one king bedroom available … The same room type that we had booked. Why did she tell me that they were full? The front desk lady proceeded to ask the couple if they wanted the room and saw me behind them and went red in the face because she realized that she had lied to me! 6. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for directions to the room. In my experience, I have never had to ask for directions to my room. Aren’t they supposed to tell me when they give me the room keys or is that just every other hotel that I have been to? 7. We got upstairs and the room was clean but the TV did not work. It kept saying«no signal» and then turning on and then going off to «no signal.» 8. I called the front desk to see if they had band aids that they could bring up to my room and she asked me «can you come down here to pick it up?(I have never been asked to go to the front desk to pick something up at any other hotel). She also knew I was in a rush to get ready for the wedding dinner rehearsal. 9. The shower pressure is poor. 10. I called to ask for a taxi and they told me to call kelowna cab … All the hotels I have ever stayed at have always called a cab for their guests. The operator also didn’t offer to give me the phone number to the cab company. Overall I think their front desk staff could use some training on customer service. I am quite disappointed because my best friend had provided them with a lot of business by having their wedding guests stay there I didn’t even experience the typical experience at a hotel(e.g., offering to hold our bags until we were able to check-in. I’m still shocked that I was asked to come down to get a band-aid). I have had excellent experiences in all other Best Western hotels that I have stayed in(Squamish, LA, Vancouver, Portland) but the Westbank Best Western is not up to their standards.

Stayed here as a Romantic getaway from the kids. We took the honeymoon suite which was huge. A big living room with a fairly humongous bathroom. The bedroom was also very large with a sunken jacuzzi in it. All that was missing was room service, but hey, we knew that going in and brought our own wine. The room was immaculate. I can’t really judge the service, as we didn’t need anything, but check in/out was fast, efficient and friendly. Considering the room and it’s amenities, the price was downright cheap.

We are Best Western Gold members and this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. A list of complaints: 1. Upon check in, only 1 person working the counter with 5 people checking in and the phones ringing off the hook that she had to answer. 2. Ice machine broken on every floor but the first floor. 3. At breakfast time, only 2 people working the breakfast room with the room being at full capacity for 2 – 3 solid hours. They couldn’t replenish the food fast enough. No eggs, no bacon, no orange juice, no apple juice, no pancake batter, ran out of coffee several times. 4. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the employees really did try their best to make everyone happy, and you can see that, I just believe it’s the management/owner who is not scheduling or hiring enough people and running the current staff ragged. Gorgeous on the outside though and the rooms were very nice and comfortable, no complaints with the beds or the actual rooms, so there’s that.

I can only imagine how even better are their Première line is — this one’s as good as it gets. $ 200 for a «long weekend’, last-minute directly thru their website is a steal, includes breakfast, wifi, pool/hot tub/gym and parking. Full room includes lounge chair, working table, microwave and frig, safe in closet and balcony! well, just a 4 level building anyways. as long as you don’t mind going back and forth to DT kelowna from here which is just 10min drive at night, I like the extra $ 200 in my pocket. at least thats the rate i was quoted. convenient location off the highway. up to date furnishings and décor, dark brown theme. comfortable king-size bed w/their awesome ‘pillow top’ pillows… TV was just a 28» or so…

Nice rooms. Make sure you ask for a room with a view. They stuck us on the bottom floor with a view of a road. No way was the place full.

This newer hotel in the West Kelowna area is a treat, really nice rooms, pool and hot tub, and breakfast included. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and rooms include free wifi and all the usual in-room amenities. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shops too. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Kelowna.
