Dairy Queen-Brazier

Ok so, this is my first review =] This is going to be interesting .
Alright, So I’m reviewing the Dairy Queen in Welland because of the numerous times I was there & recieved less then satisfactory customer service .
The last four or five time I’ve been there, I have been waiting at the counter for twenty minutes. Not because they were busy or running around trying to get other orders filled [that I would understand] no, the reason I was standing there for twenty minutes waiting for someone to take my money & give me a blizzard in return is because they don’t have a bell on the counter & they head to the back when there is no one out in the lobby .
I can understand heading to the ‘employees lounge’ but at least have a bell or something I can do to let you know I’m ready to give you my money that I shook my sign so hard for .
Next on the agenda: their limited menu. I went there with a good friend of mine & she’s diabetic. She went to order diet pop & «sorry, we’re all out of diet pop [cause we’re too lazy to refill the machine]» she ended up not getting anything .
If they had a diabetoc menu, their business would sky rocket because their ice cream is the best ever !!
