They should change their namesake to Winter Rolls, cause everyone knows winter is the shittiest season. this place blows.

They have the worst spring rolls for 100 miles in any direction! Dry — taste like frozen baked. Just awful. The dishes were very disappointing all around. Just sorry we went for the all you can eat — so not worth it. If you are looking for décor — nice, fancy, clean. The food? Ugh. Oh and did I mention that most of our food arrived barely lukewarm? Seriously. I complained to the waiter who did nothing about it. They were not busy in fact they were almost empty and no surprise! The pumpkin coconut soup at $ 5.00 — don’t bother. I’ve had delicious pumpkin soup — Their soup isn’t worth trying.

The food here was amazing but then their was also somethings that didn’t bring satisfaction, but the good things about this restaurant is that it looks amazing, when you walk in and see the restaurant it has a really nice vibe to it and looks very nice on the inside, the food was also amazing although their was a little confusion with one of their dishes the food over all tasted amazing, the one dish that we where confused by the was Pad Thai, which if you ever ate it Pad Thai it’s a rice noodle dish but they made it a little different by putting everything a Pad Thai has except for the rice noodles, and replaced the noodles with a serving of rice on the side, now this could have just been for the Curry Pad Thai. And for the things that wasn’t the best about this restaurant is that the service was slow and it would take them awhile to do somethings, also their was a few fruit flies flying around which got annoying. But over all the food was good and it had a nice setting to the restaurant, but i wouldn’t eat there a lot.

By far the most disappointing meal I have had in a very long time. The food was consistently poorly seasoned and over cooked. We had the all you can eat dinner menu and had almost every item on the menu(that was available). Half of the dessert menu was unavailable and the remaining were poorly prepared with the mousse tasting like cheap dollar store chocolate. Their meats also have excessive amounts of rosemary and thyme yet the flavours are not inside suggesting they are not marinated. Their menu«looks» enticing, but as I have pointed out it does not deliver. If you insist on trying, order small portions so that you don’t get charged for unfinished leftovers.

The worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The food was so bad I began to cry. Do yourself a favour and don’t get their all your you can eat. The best part of the meal was the frozen grapes they offered for dessert.

Prices are not the greatest. There AYCE is lame. Not worth it but there normal menu is good. Wouldn’t be a first choice for me. MAC’S sushi inside the mall has better sushi.

I thought it was good overall. We went with the all you can eat menu. Our server was very pleasant and made a couple of nice recommendations. This was our first time at this restaurant and we were too sure on portion size. If we go again we have a better idea of how to order. The size of the sushi rolls is larger than they should be and are difficult to eat the way they are intended. The flavours were pretty good. The food came out in weird order and our server did a good job.

Today was my first time trying out Spring Rolls. The décor is lovely and polished. As I was by myself, I was sat at a 2 seater booth and noted the ledges were dusty/dirty; however, my table and cutlery were clean. I ordered off the menu and had chicken curry pad thai and a salad. Both were yummy and better than I expected. If you don’t like spicy, ask for it mild. The server, Leanne, is one of the best servers I’ve encountered(and I used to be a server before!). She was professional, kept busy and was friendly-polite. On the flip side, it was a little off putting to see the bartender on her cell phone/ipod periodically and leaning on empty booths, perhaps she was on her break… but still, a reflection of the staff as a whole. Ask to sit beyond the bar area if you don’t want to hear the staff chat about Mexican food in the States, closing out or various other convos they find themselves in on a slow day. The food was great though!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Spring Rolls. I’m normally skeptical of Canadianized asian food but I was pretty impressed. The kalbi was delicious and not too fatty. The pad thai was ketchupy but I actually like that style. The tornado shrimp skewers were bland and sweet sauce didn’t help either. The prices were fair and the waiter came by often enough. Lastly the interior was way nicer than expected.

The menu choice is very diverse(from dimsum, to korean, to chinese, to sushi). yet there’s only few selections of each(2 – 4 kinds of each). it can be said that they’re jack of all trades, master of none. despite their diversity, there’s rarely any stand out dish that is a «must get». their sushi size is humongous and impossible to be eaten in one bite, which is how sushi is intended to be eaten. their sushi and sashimi selection is pretty standard and nothing unique about them. the dimsum selection is quite limited, though their siumay and hargow is not that bad. they have kalbi, that is something quite interesting to order, but the meat was often overcooked and doesn’t taste that great. the food can take 20 – 30 mins to come, which is relatively long for chinese restaurant.

This is my go-to place with my boyfriend! Its clean, has fast service, and great food. We always get the all-you-can-eat menu, it has SO many options! Like sushi, dim sum, sashimi and crème brûlée! You can get a bit of everything! Why go to a regular sushi AYCE when you can go to spring rolls and get sushi + much more? The only downside to going to spring rolls is they have a limit of 5 sashimi pieces per person per order… so if you’re really craving sashimi you have to make several separate orders.(They definitely need to fix this– its annoying.)

This place always has me coming back, though I never leave LOVING the meal! I think it’s more comfort food for me — you know what you’re going to get and it’s at a reasonable price. Portions are also very generous. Will continue to eat here.

Went again, and service has deteriorated. The server informed us that management has instituted a 5 item limit on each order. That means we can order at most 5 unique items each order(eg. 5 things from the menu) and can order as much of each item as we want. Sort of defeats the purpose of a «sampling menu» don’t you think? Hard to order when you only want one of each item, and even worse the more people you go with! Arbitrary changes to ordering makes it difficult for customers. They used to have order sheets. They used to limit each item to 5 orders(eg. 5 orders of salmon sashimi = 10 pcs) and now they limit each order to 5 items(?). YMMV. I personally think it was the waiter who mixed up and thinks maximum 5 unique items per order vs. maximum 5 orders per item

Food was great and tasty. The fish was not fresh(you can tell my the taste) which completely ruined the sushi and parts of the other food. Service was also a bit strange. They were polite and quick, just often seemed like it was a big hassle for them to come and serve us.

The cheese wontons… Need I say more? The raspberry sauce and creamy extremely tasty cheese really is the motivating factor of my visits to this place. Spring rolls allows for a reliable delicious twisty in the all you can eat phenomenon. Love it.

It all depends on who is serving you here. we’ve had excellent experiences and terrible ones. It’s always a definite hit or miss and sometimes we choose to not come here because of the occasional«miss».food is always the same though and is good. I recommend the all-you-can-eat since it’s a fair price and a lot of good food!

Horrible horrible service! The waitress came to our table like once an hour… we had all u can eat, and we asked for the ordering sheet multiple times and from several waitresses, but we did not get the sheet until almost an hour!!! Totally frustrating! But we still had to pay the 15% tip because we were a group of 6. Will never come here again!

Atmosphere is great, servers are friendly, but the food itself is always a bit hit or miss. Over several visits, I’ve had cheese dumplings that were delicious, sushi that was so-so, and pad thai that was a gross clump of tastelessness. I had a salmon dish there once(with some sort of mango relish) and it was delicious, but unfortunately it was served over their regular pad thai. Their regular pad thai seems to be a strange red coloured clump of overcooked noodles, so if you’re wanting pad thai try the SATAY pad thai instead.

Located outside of Conestoga Mall, this place definitely stands out, inside and outside. I’ve been here many times with large and small groups, there’s a ton of seating so you usually never have to wait too long to be seated. First off, their menu has grown very large since their opening a few years ago. They have all you can eat dim sum(and sushi now) on weekends, however, don’t expect it to be amazing. The sushi isn’t that great, they don’t really make it properly and the veggies/fish fall out of the rice very easily. They a have a decent selection for dimsum, being decent tasting. Their Thai menu on the other hand is pretty good. Expect their Pad Thai, Red and Green curries to be good quality. They mostly focus on Chinese and Thai cuisine, but I would say their Chinese dishes aren’t that authentic(although still better than your Canadian-catered food court food). They have a large drinks menu, too. Very classy place, nicely decorated. Good for a casual event, or a formal meal. The service is pretty good I would say. You will notice a lot of caucasians serving here. They usually have a greeter at the front too, but near closing hours they are usually inside doing other things. If you’re looking for a nice looking place to have Chinese or Thai food, definitely check it out, but don’t expect amazing tasting food.

Classic Spring Rolls interior, large chandeliers and modern designs. Food is average. The servings are huge, I think one entrée is more than enough for two people. Rice platters are always a safe choice. My favorite is the Thai Royal Castle although the dish does not look like the picture on the menu at all. Other reviews mentioned the bad quality of the Pad Thai as well. It’s true, when I tried it it was way too salty. I recommend the curries, I really like the vegetable red curry it has good flavor. Drinks here are quite nice. Although they come in a very tall glass that have to be lifted off the table in order for me to reach the straw, which I find is quite annoying. In terms of service I find its okay. Only thing is that food and drinks are served very slowly. Last time when I was there we waited for about 20min for the dishes to be served.
