The full flavor shawarma is amazing. Best shawarma place ever. Came here all the time when I was in school.

If you’re in waterloo with a hankering for some middle eastern bliss, look no further than this little beauty. Family owned this is my favourite shwarma place in waterloo. I personally like to add some turnip and hot sauce to my shwarma. The plate gets a little greasy with the fries so I would go with the rice option. All in all a great place to eat for between $ 8 and $ 12. Awesome friendly staff. I always give them a little tip as they are always willing to add a little but more stuff if you ask for it on the line, except meat of course!

The shawarma is very tasty, also good with fries at side. It’s always a good dinner after late night study session. There’s always a line up, but they are pretty efficient with the food processing. The only thing I’m a little grumpy about is the sanitation around there. That’s the reason I never sit there and eat. Tabletops and floors are mostly greasy. But you know what, it tastes so good that I will often ignore that.

Best Shawarma in this area! I keep coming back from Toronto for this place! It is always crowded, so expect some line up before you get your food. I would say it is a four star fast food store.

MASSIVE portion. Can legit make 2 meals out of a shawarma plate. That’s the only I order. Really good fries. If you’re a fan of Costco fries, you’ll love it. And oh man … That garlic sauce. Mhmmmmmm.

Inconsistent wraps depending on who’s working. Sometimes already broken apart before it’s even Packaged to go. Great garlic sauce and well seasoned chicken.

Mozy’s Shawarma is probably the best Shawarma joint in the KW Region. The place itself looks pretty rustic, but the food they offer is fantastic. The best part about it is that you get to watch the chefs make your food. They are very generous with the ingredients, and seeing them scoop a cup full of chicken onto your wrap or plate and laying their famous garlic sauce on top is just so satisfying. You could either order it to eat there, or to go. I would recommend anyone to get their Sharwarma plate or the Sharwarma wrap. It’s great for lunch or dinner, and you’ll definitely wont be hungry for a while if you opt for the plate.

I get a full flavour wrap with extra garlic sauce every time. It never disappoints.

I’ve really only tried their shawarma plate with rice. and it’s amazing. The meat is tender and the rice is delicious. The only thing that I am not a big fan of is their veggies but I know some love them. It’s too sour for me but hey, maybe I’m just picky. Bonus — great big portion! If you like quality and quantity, Mozy’s is your place!

Mozy’s is the best shawarma I have ever eaten. The service is quick, and they are always generous with the portions. It’s a place where I would venture half an hour in negative 30 degree weather for. Absolutely delicious. Go to order is the chicken shawarma salad.

There are a lot of shawarma places available in Waterloo, and Mozy’s will probably be the best shawarma place to start with. If you have never had a shawarma in your life, then mozy’s is the best introduction to what a good shawarma is. Definitely try out the regular shawarma wrap if you want a quick bite, or go for the shawarma plate if you are hungry. Either way, ask for more garlic sauce.

This place was actually pretty tasty. If you compare to Shawerma Plus who is really close by, this place is a little cheaper and little bit smaller.(Full Flavour Shawarma is $ 7.17) It was surprisingly tasty and filling despite me initially questioning how much I would be filled up by the wrap. The wrap was filled with tons of meat and was surprisingly tender. The pickle and fries in the wrap also make it extremely delicious. 5⁄5 I’d recommend people trying this place out. It’s right beside Laurier.

I came here one evening for a falafel wrap and it was amazing! The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the long, long wait. The falafel was really fresh and great tasting. I kind of regret not getting the plate, but it’s a LOT of food. Great prices too! Definitely will be coming back.

Actually not a fan of this place ATALL. The people working there are incredibly rude! I ordered a full flavour shawarma once and when it was my turn to pick it up the guy said«regular shawarma» so I said«no. Full flavour». His response was«but I already made this.» Lol what? But I didn’t even order that and my receipt says full flavour… Not to mention that their shawarma is incredibly salty and SO greasy! It makes you feel so horrible and bloated after and it literally drips in oil. Trust me, I’m Lebanese i know a good Shawarma when I see it but this tastes like a chicken sandwich and NOTHING like a good shawarma. If you’re craving real good shawarma in KW try the place just down the street in the Phil’s plaza. Shawerma Plus! SO good! The shawarma is definitely the best in town. It isn’t as big as mozy’s but the flavour beats mozy’s any day. The people are also incredibly friendly and so nice. All these five star reviews probably haven’t tried Shawerma Plus(:

Who am I kidding, it’s Mozy’s. Of course it’s 5 stars! Go ham on the full-flavour shawarma with extra garlic sauce and extra hot sauce. So worth!

Large, freshly made shawarma! I like that they fry the meat before they stuff it into the naan so that it’s nice and hot. The size of the shawarma is quite big and they give u lots of meat. The skin of the naan is a little too thin in my opinion cuz the meat kept falling off as I eat. I’m not a fan of their limited selection of veggies and sauces compared to other place and they don’t seem to give u extras of one type of veggie when u opt out the others.

This place sells the best shawarma ever! I frequent this place when I’m in Waterloo. Everyone needs to try the Full Flavour Shawarma. Mozy’s definitely got the ingredients down for the best shawarma ever. There’s chicken, pickles, creamy garlic sauce and fries! I usually go for extra garlic sauce to make it more tasty. The portion size is big and I never really finish it. I eat it for two meals, but I’m a small person. I usually pop the second half in the microwave for round 2. It’s not as crispy out of the microwave, but still delicious! Definitely check this place out! I wished they expanded and had a location in Toronto. That would make a lot of people happy

I’ve got my standards set pretty high since I lived in Saudi Arabia for 10 years. But this place is the closest to what I’ve grown up with. I was surprised when I saw on the menu that they served shawarma with pickles and garlic sauce. Just like home! None of this lettuce, tomato bullsh– Only thing missing were the fries. So I had to ask if I could sneak in some fries in there(ready to get some weird looks like that one time I asked Villa Madina to just put in potatoes, pickles and garlic sauce in my shawarma) but they told me the fries already comes with it. The grin on my face was glued the entire wait for my meal. This is the closest thing to what I know a shawarma to be and what I haven’t had in 12 odd years. Granted it wasn’t perfect, they added srirracha sauce(not used to that in an Arabic shawarma), too much pickles not enough garlic sauce and fries and the chicken was too dry. But I am still one happy customer. Haven’t seen anyone else do this style of shawarma and I’m so happy you guys brought back a little piece of my home to my taste buds. I’ll definitely be back(and will be adding more garlic sauce next time).

When I think about getting a shawarma from Mozy’s, I just get kind of emotional because I feel like it’s also a spiritual experience. Full flavour shawarma, always. I recommend getting extra pickles if you enjoy how it adds texture, contrast and cuts the fat of the chicken and garlic sauce. And extra garlic sauce. The extra pickles you can skip, the extra garlic sauce you cannot. One time, I had a bad day so I got Mozy’s and it became the best day in my entire week even though I had insane garlic breath and stomach problems after. But the stomach thing was because of my terrible digestive system(which you might want to watch out for if you can relate). If you ever want to surprise me in Waterloo, don’t get me cupcakes or macarons. GETMEMOZY’S!

You have to get the Full Flavour Shawarma! It’s packed with chicken, FRIES, garlic sauce, pickles and it tastes SODARNGOOD! Their pita encases mounds of fresh juicy chicken with the addition of fries. You’d think they’d become soggy and not at all appealing, but it just adds to the texture. The size is huge! If you’re starving then one will definitely be enough. Otherwise, be prepared to take a break in between your meal. I’m always caught in the struggle of whether I should listen to my stomach and stop eating or carry on because my taste buds are singing hallelujahs. I can confidently state that is the BEST shawarma I’ve ever had!
