Baseline Inspections also offer Thermal Imaging Assessments which are highly effective and nondestructive tools used to find abnormalities in the home that are typically hard to detect with the naked eye.

History

Established in 2003.

Founded by Rodney MacGillivray, Baseline Inspections has been conducting professional home inspections in the Kitchener-​Waterloo and surrounding areas for over 10 years.

Jamie Ruth joined Baseline Inspections in 2012 and has since inspected over 400 homes. Together, Rod and Jamie have completed over 3900 home inspections.

Meet the Business Owner

Rodney M.

Business Owner

Rodney MacGillivray founded Baseline Inspections Inc. in 2003. Since then, he has inspected over 3,000 homes in the Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding area. He is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and graduate of the Conestoga College Home Inspection program and Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training program.

Rodney brings a wealth of experience to Baseline Inspections in the areas of indoor air quality, mold remediation and water damage restoration. MacGillivray spent over two years in Texas on special contract with Restoration & Air Management (RAAM) as Project Manager for their residential and commercial remediation projects. His remediation investigations and remediation projects included mold, water damage and air handling systems.
