In 2012 I decided to take the risk of starting my own business, I saw the home inspection industry as a valuable service for home buyers and sellers flooded with many under-​qualified Home Inspectors with poor etiquette for their clients, who often felt they were making real estate decisions based on very limited information.

I am InterNACHI, IAC2 and Infrared-​Certified with over 400 hours of instruction I am trained to inspect over 400 points throughout the home as part of a Home Inspection and also trained in assessing Mold and Indoor Air Quality issues, inspecting for Moisture Intrusion and energy loss by way of Air Leaks using Infrared (IR) Thermal Imaging.

All inspections are conducted within the Standards of Practice of the InterNACHI and IAC2 associations. No one is better prepared to deliver objective, expert Home Inspections, Mold Inspections, Indoor Air Quality Testing and Infrared (IR) Thermal Imaging services.
