Subway

I only get a sub maybe two times a month. This happens to be the closest Subway to my house and it’s always hit or miss every time I go there. I think this may be why I only get a sub a few times a month because you never know what you’re going to get.
I’m not sure if it has been taken over by new management but within the last year to year and a half they have been skimping on the toppings/​sauces and to cut costs further don’t even top the Italian herb and cheese bread with hardly anything. You may as well ask for white bread.
This previous time I went in, one of the sub makers put so little cheese on my sub that another worker said «are you going to put more on that?». Not that it made a difference because he pinched the shredded cheese so hard between his fingers in an attempt to conserve it that it was a fine mist. This aggravates me to no end. Then if you ask for more they charge you for it. It’s ridiculous.
If you want a dry sub that scrapes the back of your throat, no toppings on your sub or the bread then I would skip this. You could definitely do a better job of making it yourself at home.
