This location has a reasonably good selection, however this was the second time I tried to buy a pair of shoes, and ended up being completely ignored after the initial contact. Never again!

I just bought 2 pairs of shoes at Mayfair Walk in Comfort. I told the sales person what I was looking for and my needs. She zeroed in on what she thought would work. She showed me some cute shoes that would work and the colour was perfect. Most impressed. Then I was looking at the display and found another pair I wanted. I was very happy. When I go back I will ask for this particular sales person as she was very helpful and knew what I would need. Highly recommend.

My wife and I decided we would check out any Boxing Day sales. It was by chance that we went into Walk-in comfort.
WOW!!! That is the first time I have ever walked out of a shoe store wearing what I was looking for and the shoes actually being comfortable. It is also the only time the sales person didn’t push something else on me and measured my feet instead of just grabbing 3 boxes and saying see which are the most comfortable. We are from out of town but if I’m in Victoria looking for shoes I WILL return. I just wish I could remember our salesman’s name to give him credit. (I forgot to look with all the hustle & bustle of Boxing Day going on around me)
