As a first time mom buying stuff for baby can be very overwhelming. I went in to get informed on strollers and the sales person was very unfriendly and used jargon I had no clue what she was talking about. She didn’t explain any features or ask questions to help determine what type of stroller would be suitable and My hubby ended up telling her to go help someone else as she was very frustrating and we didn’t leave with any more info than we has when entering. I will not shop here unless I have to just for the service alone.

Nice selection of items. However, the in-​store baby registry is frustrating. Computer takes a long time to list information and unless you have a sales person to locate the items for you, plan on taking a long time to shop. The two sales clerks were nice but when they had trouble working the register because they were new, the other sales clerk (possible the manager) that came to help was simply rude. If I wasn’t purchasing items for a baby shower (where this is the only store my friend registered with), I would have walked out and left the items at the register.
