Sheril is great — we’ve enjoyed several massages from her. She has an amazing peaceful space in her back yard that feels like you are warm and cozy and outside at the same time. She checks in frequently for feedback on pressure and we leave feeling relaxed and energized. Highly recommended

You will not regret getting a massage with Sheril! I’m new to the area and gave her a try and sure glad I did. As an athlete I have been worked on by a lot of massage therapists and Sheril definitely sits right up there with some of my favorites. I like deep tissue massages and Sheril was able to really get in there and work out the knots. She is very knowledgeable and very personable. Has a true passion for it. She knows how to work out all the troubled areas and was able to find areas I didn’t even realize were tight that were leading to the initial pain/​tightness. I have experienced many therapists who are so fixed on time and Sheril goes against that mold. She will spend that extra time if needed on one area and really listens to your feedback throughout the massage to truly help you come out feeling better. Already planning on going back soon!

The massage Sheril gave me was exactly what I needed. I was having a lot of neck pain and I already feel much better. The massage was very reasonably priced and her place was very easy to find for a tourist like me. If you are ever around Victoria and need a place to relax, go see Sheril!

Sheril gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. If you want just a relaxing massage, if you want a strong massage, even if you don’t know what kind of massage you need, Sheril is your masseuse.
+Receptive — You can tell that she is not giving you a «cookie-​cutter» one-​size-​fits-​all massage. She listens to you, then listens to your body as she works it. For example, my wife and I had both very different needs and we both got very different but still amazing massages.
+Experienced — If I recall correctly, she used to do massage for the entire UVic row team, and then eventually a wrestling team. Also, as is evident from the other reviews, she provides a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere.
+Strong — Don’t be fooled with conventional sexist wisdom that only men can provide the strength needed to work you over. Sheril is armed with hands that could probably kill, but you softies out there, don’t be discouraged. As she says, «I like to work just before the ‘u’ in ‘ouch’». She can give you the strength you need (and/​or want for you pain loving fanatics).
+The «je né sais quoi», the «Undefineable» — I have noticed that lots of reviewers have commented on their experience with Sheril as magical, the best, fantastic, etc. Lots of these experiences boil down to Sheril’s most valuable skill as a masseuse: she knows people and uses this knowledge to the massage completely theirs.
When I mention to people that I get massages, they usually say that they should get one too, they just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Please, take care of yourself. you can find 60 minutes to make sacred. Make the ‘then’ part of the if-​then a priority, and make it happen now. You deserve it, and your body and mind with thank you for it. And when you make the time for the ‘then’, make sure you go for the best, go for Sheril.

Sheril has the best hands possible. She is the 1^st masseuse who had the hand strength to actually make me feel that someone worked me over. Alas, I am in Ottawa and I now feel shortchanged when I visit any other massage therapist.

Amazing! Sheril is an amazing woman and knows exactly what she’s doing. I haven’t slept a full night for 5 years due to my arms falling asleep in the middle of the night as well as neck pains. I went to see her for a 90 minute massage and I slept through the whole night and woke up not feeling tired! I could’ve cried! She is amazing and sweet and so thorough.
