Business Owner

Deirdre Campbell is a powerhouse in the public relations community in Canada. Owner and President of Tartan Group, she is one of the most recognized and respected PR professionals in the industry.

With a gift for creating the stories that connect business with media, Deirdre is committed to working with clients strategically to raise their local, national and international profile through digital communication and public relations.

A respected business entrepreneur and popular speaker, Deirdre was named Vancouver Island’s PR practitioner of the year as well as being recognized as a YWCA Woman of Distinction. Her company was awarded the PR contract to represent Canada’s Northern House during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

An accredited public relations practitioner (APR) since 1996, Deirdre holds a BA in Journalism from Ryerson University as well as an MBA in Communications from Royal Roads University.
