Love the self print stations, very easy and priced pretty fairly. On this occasion the older female staff member at the print centre was rude, condescending and abrasive. Gave me the wrong information and a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the day.

I know it’s puzzling to give a Staples a 4-​star but it’s for the location; when you’re on a biz trip and flying off the ferry, this is the closest, convenient one before heading to DT.
came here for some copies, and like how this section is located right at the front, so less walking and saving time compared to Richmond’s or Metrotown. yeah, i’m picky.
8cents is reasonable for b&w copies.

Bought a pricing gun from them last year — went to get more labels in early January — they were out. Went a week later, they were still out — asked when they would be in, suggested I go to Langford. I did, they were out. Asked when they would be in again — no idea and they acted like they didn’t care. Told them I would like them to order them in — this seemed like a big inconvenience.
Don’t sell something that I must use your product to fill and then not stock that product.
