History
Established in 2014.
Signature Automotive Centre was created when local couple, Mark and May Ashbaugh, decided to take a struggling business and rebrand it into a mom and pop style entity. They combined Mark’s wealth of automotive experience with May’s feminine touch to develop a family friendly automotive shop. Signature Tire Plus Inc. closed in 2014 and reopened with new owners and a fresh start as Signature Automotive Centre.
Together the two are able to offer one of the most affordable and honest services to the residents of Victoria.
Together, Mark and May have helped Signature Automotive Centre separate itself and define a new standard in the automotive industry. In retrospect, they could have created a new Yelp page to avoid poor reviews of Signature Tire Plus but instead they hope to showcase the good service they provide and let their work speak for itself.

Hi my name is Mark Ashbaugh, licensed Journeyman Mechanic here in BC for the past 30 years.
I pride myself on offering a personalized and trustworthy service that can’t be beat to the residents of Victoria. My rates for parts and labor are one of the best in town and I am one of the only specialized transmission builders on the island. We have a full service shop with 4 hoists and 8 bays and currently have 2 certified red seal technicians.
We are entitled to competitive rates from wholesale tire distributors on new and used tires and have also recently purchased a Hoffman laser alignment machine to now offer wheel alignments at great prices. We also offer discount fleet contracts for local businesses and are a designated government inspection facility.
I am a genuine and honest businessman that is very knowledgeable with all vehicles. Call me today with any questions you may have.
