Roberta’s offers a great variety of lower priced and higher priced hats within a very small and not too cramped store. They are able to stretch hats or shrink hats as needed and have a 2 day holding policy.
They have a strong reputation for treating their staff well, one of my friends use to work there and she vouches for that. I just bought a fancy little hat that I am very excited about. The lady that originally helped me, Kate, was very helpful and friendly. The lady who I picked it up from a couple days later was extremely unpleasant, I don’t know her name. Considering my purchase I would have expected friendlier service, I will avoid her in the future.

I love this place– I go every time I am in Victoria and buy a new hat– and so does my husband– it’s hip, cool and friendly.

Hat lovers (even hat likers) can spend an entire afternoon in this tiny store trying on hats. If there is a hat for you in the world it is here.
It isn’t a 5 star because many of the hat brands (e.g. delux) you can now get almost everywhere. Still Roberta’s selection is unique.
Also the staff is super friendly.
