Established in 2004.

Franchise purchased and opened in November of 2004 by Ron Neal as Broker. Community minded synergistic group established primarily with new agents under mentorship, coaching and training of Ron Neal. Ranked as Victoria Top Selling Brokerage per capita since day one.

Business Owner

Ron Neal has never been one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, he thrives on them! Whether it be tackling a mogul run, exploring underwater life or camping in the wilderness, he loves to conquer the obstacles that come his way.

However, the challenge that Ron enjoys most is that of fatherhood. Raising his two sons, Cameron and Justin, in his hometown of Victoria has made his life complete. He couldn’t imagine a better place for families, and he particularly enjoys coaching and playing hockey.

It’s this passion for challenges that has made Ron a top real estate professional. Just like his desire to explore new trails, he has never been one to follow the crowd. Rather, Ron is an agent who never compromises his high standards in his constant search for better, more innovative ways to help you buy or sell a home successfully. Offering a great deal more dedication, knowledge and care is Ron’s style.
