I asked for estimates from Proline on three separate occassions. Twice they didn’t respond at all to requests through their website, and the third time they said they would come out and never did. I don’t know what their work quality is, but their customer service is terrible.

The very fact that it took months to get my roof done is enough. What was it they said? Oh, yes«a miscommunication». That’s code for«Oops, we forgot you». My roof eventually did get done to my satisfaction, but only after I demanded to speak to the owner. There is nothing worse than being told, «I’ll call you back» Folks, when you tell your customer you’ll call back, people like me expect that phone call. Proline’s quality of work is certainly five star. I’ve never seen a construction crew work so hard, but my treatment from the dude in the office makes me regret I didn’t go with my other choice contractor.
