A Christmas Story: The Musical
Great rendition of the 1983 classic. We were very concerned that they wouldn’t capture all the great moments and nuances of the original movie. Glad to report we were wrong… the play was a HUGE success.

My high school musical productions have all been held at the McPherson, and not only is the theatre comfortable for the audience, the backstage area for the cast and crew are really nice as well. The reception area of the theatre will sometimes have art pieces out on display, and there’s a lot of space for visitors to move around while they’re waiting for the show inside. There’s a Starbucks next-​door, and Chinatown is right across the street, so there’s a lot of do around the McPherson as well.
