We can all go through times when life gets us down and we can’t see a way out of our problems. We can feel disconnected, depressed, isolated for so many reasons when life throws something unexpected in our path. Sometimes it feels impossible to impose our problems on our friends and family, and it is at these times that we need support from someone impartial. I offer a safe and confidential service in a professional counselling office in Victoria BC.
As a skilled therapist, I am available to work with adult individuals and couples and am trained in a wide range of issues:

o Work through loss, bereavement, or trauma.

Business Owner
I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling from Clearmind International as well undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business.
I first began counselling while I was completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and worked as a lay counsellor and a street social worker. I spent three years of intense experiential counsellor training at the Clearmind International Institute and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
I have experience working with individuals and couples, have facilitated group counselling sessions, mentored business executives, and assisted teaching a counselling program.
I’ve also done extensive personal work, such as you are considering now, believing in the philosophy of healing myself first before approaching healing others.
