Interactive Flex is proudly owned and operated by Marlies Russell, RMT. She has worked with athletes, infants, the elderly and everyone in between. She is passionate about healthcare, a balanced life and the mind/​body connection. She is dedicated to empowering her clients and helping them reach their health and wellness potential through a focused and individualized approach.

Marlies offers her knowledge, experience, and expertise to all of her clients and aspires to give them the perfect combination of professional service and personalized care.
