If I could give this store negative reviews I would. Staff was extremely unhelpful and uptight. I stood waiting at the change rooms for ten minutes with two employees making eye contact with me and ignoring me while they do nothing. After a couple more events that took place I left with nothing feeling crappy about myself. Good job H&M… Please don’t go here.

So so lame the men’s section is never open to try anything on. So if you grab the wrong size you have to go all the way upstairs and grab another size. Why have a change room and till up there?

Does anyone even work here?
Want to buy something? No problem. Just wait in this line with 30 other people and we’ll be with you in an hour or so. That’s the H&M way apparently. Spend money removing all the bad Unilocal reviews but don’t invest in another minimum wage worker. That’s too expensive. And the staff? As you’d probably expect the service is terrible — can you blame them? They’re overworked and underpaid. You’d hate your job too.
This place is chaos and frustration. I never want to return.

This is not about a «shopping» experience, it’s about the hiring practise.
Went in to drop off a resume, the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes as I walked up and waited in line. I went to give her my resume but apparently the application process is online through H&M which is so annoying because your resume ends up sitting in some «portal». What happened to the good old face to face resume drop off? It’s a retail position…
