History
Established in 2013.
Gaby’s Seaside Restaurant and Sports Room is where Victoria and Esquimalt locals go to enjoy family style cooking and a warm family atmosphere. The restaurant, named after Emmanuel «Gaby» Gaboury, the grandfather of co-owner Norm Gaboury, is located by the West Bay Marina and caters to anyone who loves quality homemade food, fair prices, and a warm neighborhood atmosphere.
What makes Gaby’s Seaside Restaurant unique, is the hard working team that are elevating Gaby’s to compete for the #1 neighbourhood restaurant in Esquimalt. Fellow owners Pam Gaboury and Al Looten, bring years of food and business experience to the project, and the Gaboury daughters (Tammy and Tina) run the front of house. With family and friends all working together, the atmosphere is electric, and the food is terrific.
This year, Chef Francois brings a new dimension to the food, and he leverages his European training to up level the quality and dynamics of the food offerings.
