The Rice Box

Sorry to say, I used to love their food but got food poisening the last time I are there and was severely sick for three weeks!

Have ate here a few times lately food was awesome service was friendly and didn’t have to wait long to get my order

The food here used to be good — fresh and tasty. But twice in the past six months (delivery) the food has been very unappetizing. Considering it was special order — I thought it would be hot and fresh, but it was disappointing. There was so much bad about it it would take to long to write it all. The only thing that was good and fresh was the white rice. The War wonton shrimp smelled off. We didn’t eat much of it — was a waste of money. And now I have a sick stomach. Unless I know for sure they have gone back to their old food — never again.
As An edit — yes all the people who ate had sick stomach and — how do you say nicely — I can’t say it nicely — you can guess — bad stomachs the next day. I had to throw it out. Waste of money.

Food was average, prices have been raised recently as well. Used to love it here but won’t go back. They also screwed up an order of food that was $ 60 and when contacted were rude, uninterested and eventually offered a $ 5 credit for our next purchase… thanks but no thanks. Local businesses need to be concerned about their customers.

This place sucks. We ordered two meals to pick up with two sides and got a totally different order. When we phoned back to report what we got the manager said if they had given us our order it would have cost a lot more. No duh… So they took it upon themselves to change our order completely unapologetically as well. Don’t order noodles as they charge two bucks more and they are tasteless. I won’t be going back
