Dr. Angela Peddle & Dr. Vishakha Thakrar

History

Established in 2012.

Dr. Angela Peddle received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Upon graduation, she completed a 1-​year Residency in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation from SUNY State College of Optometry. Dr. Peddle returned to the Toronto area in 2009 where she practices full scope Optometry with a focus on vision therapy, rehabilitation and special needs examinations. Dr. Peddle is a Board Certified Fellow in developmental vision and vision therapy by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Dr. Thakrar graduated in 2001 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, followed by a one year fellowship in Cornea and Contact Lenses from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. Dr. Thakrar enjoys seeing patients of all ages. She has special interests dry eye, keratoconus and fitting contact lens patients, including astigmatism, bifocals, rigid lenses, and scleral lenses.
