We carry a large section of cross-​stitch patterns, tapestries, threads, fabrics, beads and other needlework supplies. We carry good quality knitting yarns. All natural fibers: Alpaca, cotton, mohair, silk, linen, wool from well known yarn companies such as Berroco, Classic Elite, Filatura Di Crosa, Illimani Yarn, Misty Alpaca, Naturally, Peter Pan, Tahki Yarns, Trendsetters.

We provide classes for beginners and advanced. Knitting, crochet, cross-​stitch, embroidery, needlepoint and special techniques such as blackwork, casalguidi, drawn thread, hardanger, myreschka, ottoman embroidery, pulled thread, schwalm, stumpwork and much more! Classes are in a group setting or one-​to-​one instruction.

Finishing services for pillow finishing, bags, putting together knitted garments.

History

Established in 1998.

The Enchanted Needle is a small needlework store specializing in various forms of needlework, while also offering a generous selection of yarns for knitting and crochet. Started in 1998 by the ‘sisters’, it quickly outgrew it’s original local and was moved to the present location, providing the necessary space for expanding product lines and classroom/​workroom areas.

Classes are offered in the Lilac Room throughout the year, from beginner courses to advance for many different styles of needlework and knitting. The Lilac Room provides the perfect setting for UFO (unfinished objects) night held every last Thursday of the month, and is an animated workroom throughout the week and Saturdays for those wishing to work on their projects.
