This place is a scam. I ordered a rack of lamb for 24 dollars pretax, only to be told later on I’d get pulled lamb from shank instead, then still charged later on for the same price as the rack of lamb. My friends got uncooked potatoes with their salmon. Their menus had bison and elk and kangaroo labels on their burgers but they’re all just beef according to the server. Is there anything real with this place?

I went to the Barrel today for some new burgers they advertised. The burgers are made of all kinds of exotic meats, like kangaroo, bison, wild boar, lamb, etc. I tried bison and my friends tried a wild boar and a lamb. All three were perfectly delicious. We also saw the owners who were really nice and welcoming! Good service and GREAT food!
PS: smoked wings are among the best I’ve ever had! Get the bbq and breaded!

I really like this place. Not a big fan of bar food, but there are some healthy choices, like salads and steaks, the food was great. I also tried their wings — amazing!!! My brother (16 yo) even took an order of wings as a takeout!
Also, really like the interior — very stylish, a lot of wood and TVs everywhere — nice.
Can’t wait for the warm weather to check out the patio!!!

Came here tonight because we saw a groupon online for $ 25 for $ 50 dinner. We were interested in getting wings and beer but we weren’t sure if that would qualify as dinner so we called ahead. We got an answering machine so we decided to just show up and ask. When we arrived the restaurant was empty so we were confused as to why there was no answer. No one came to greet us so we sat ourselves. We sat for awhile and no one came to our table to take our orders. It was cold, and there was some band practicing or something. Maybe they were gearing up for a big party night or something. We got up and left. Was pretty disappointed and won’t return.

Took some friends here and did not have the same experience. The place has no heat also they were missing a lot on the menu. Don’t know if we will be back.
