I walked in. Started looking around. I was the only one in there at 6 pm week night. No one came up to me. There where three people working. Stayed for five more minutes and walked out. I think (call me crazy) boutique clothing stores should be all about service. Connecting with customers. Acknowledging them as soon you walk in. Be observant. Watch if your customer needs anything. Basic. Old school and it works. Instead I heard someone speaking to someone else in Italian exchanging a few «bad» words (not professional) in fact I found them pompous! I’m not even sure the snobs of Woodbridge wood even go here.
