Team Maple Walk-​in Clinic and Family Practice is a state of the art, well equipped Medical Clinic in the heart of Vaughan. It is owned and operated by Female Family Physician, Dr. Mahreen Razzaq MD, DABFM, CCFP. She is actively accepting family practice patients. Clinic is on the main floor in the Medical Plaza at the intersection of Keele St and Rutherford Road open 6 days a week to serve patients in the GTA.

Established in 2013.

Team Maple Walk-​in Clinic and Family Practice is conveniently located in a medical building in Vaughan. The plaza serves as a one stop medical facility with access to a Pharmacy, Laboratory, Dental services, Physiotherapy and Rehab facility, and specialists in the field of General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Hematology, Rheumatology, and Plastic Surgery. All professionals collaborate and work together as a team to provide excellent health care in the area.

Business Owner

Dr. Mahreen Razzaq, is a Canadian and American board certified family physician practicing medicine since 2004.

With a vision to serve the population of GTA in general and the local community of Vaughan, Thornhill, and Richmond Hill area residents in particular, Dr. Razzaq established Team Maple Walkin Clinic and Family Practice in November 2013.

​Dr. Razzaq provides adult, geriatric, and pediatric care and has special interest in women’s health. She is fluent in English and Urdu/​Hindi.
