The business idea behind Studio ArchiFad goes back to the early ambition of Ms. Fadia Pahlawan in response to her career long desire to offer a unique brand of architectural consulting, where a special value is designated to a process that enables clients to create and achieve their vision for their architectural project reflecting their culture and heritage values.

At ArchiFad we approach every project with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, constructability, cost, and sustainability. Our attention to details and high proficiency handling our clients’ needs with unique perspective and integrity, guarantee our projects success and smooth implementation and reflecting our client’s culture and heritage values while meeting if not exceeding all projects objectives. Business Owner

Ms. Fadia Pahlawan is the Principal Architect of Studio ArchiFad. Ms. Pahlawan has graduated with a Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Technology of Baghdad in1990. Before she immigrated to Canada in 1993, Fadia worked with the Ministry of Housing & Construction as well as the Ministry of Planning on residential projects depicting the historic heritage values of Iraq. Her exposure varies from small renovations to major social infrastructure projects with complex construction. In addition to her solid project management abilities, Ms. Pahlawan has a wide variety of experience including site and building conditions analysis, planning and schematic design, heritage conservation, project management, budget and project scheduling while setting deliverables and task requirements. She is also highly skilled in preparing and administrating contract documentations and coordinating with all consultants. Fadia has often built strong client relationships through dedicated com
