Super nice to see that there are finally 2 Starbucks in the mall(cause the place is huge!) and that the their first location finally has its own store! Right beside the food court in the middle, the new Starbucks just moved over there a couple days ago. Went in and they were all set up, but everything did seem a bit disorganized on their first day. Out of some supplies, but I’m sure it was just cause it way Day 1. Best thing is that with 2 locations in the mall, you can now indulge that coffee addiction even more!

I have had better SB experiences than this mall kiosk. Workers just push customers through the line, no smile, no greeting, just, «Next!» Looked as though there was 1 barista making drinks while it was somewhat busy. So there is always a bit of a wait here. Try the new SB location(near Shoppers) in the new area of the mall. Perhaps you’ll get better and more efficient service!

This starbucks is located in the mall at the edge of the food court. It’s noisy, but allows you to get your caffeine fix if you are in the mall. This location is always busy, probably due to it’s location in the mall.

Today, I had the worst Starbucks experience EVER at this location. As usual, I order Iced Green Tea Latte with half syrup and less ice. My drink turned out bad the first time — you could clearly see the green tea powder at the bottom and the rest in the cup was white liquid — it wasn’t properly mixed. So I went back and spoke to the barista then told him the drink didn’t look right. He replied with an attitude and asked me «WHATDOYOUWANT? It’s half syrup and less ice as per your request.». I explained to him that I get this drink all the time and it did not look anything like the usual way. He rolled his eyes at me then dump the drink and made another one for me. The second one turned out to be a bit better but still not the way it should be. I got very annoyed by his rude attitude. A complaint to the store manager will be followed shortly after this review.

I never expect… I don’t even believe it… This Starbucks located at the Food Court area of Vaughan Mills was super busy! I don’t mind the line as the other options here are Timothy’s and Second Cup. Go to the others if you prefer not to line up. What I never expected was this takeout location of Starbucks that sharing the seating area with the food court has open WIFI access!!! I love you Starbucks! Leave me alone, I am CHECKINGIN!!!

On some occassions the line can be across the food court. Others it’s totally dead. Not enough staff, or too much staff and they don’t know what theyre doing! It’s a hit or miss at this Starbucks but they do make wicked drinks and are VERY friendly to their customers!

This Starbucks is located within the Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall. So you can just imagine the chaos that ensues on the weekend. I was dreading the long line up that would inevitably be there. The line was there but the long wait was not. While the line up stretched across the width of the food court, the ordering was quick and painless. There were 4 barristas working the coffee, 2 cashiers and an extra person taking orders from down the line so that it flowed nicely and once at the cash registers, all you had to do was pay and walk over to the counter and receive your drink within minutes. There was no 10 minute line up to order/pay then another 10 minutes to pick up your drink because of the back log. Kudos to the mangers running this Starbucks location as they have got it neatly organized and well rehearsed. On a Saturday afternoon, at the busiest time, where there was little to no wait time, that is something that I can commend and give a good job to you. I honestly could have gotten the worse tasting coffee/specialty drink of my life and I would have drank it all the same and not have complained because the level of service was impeccable and while that may sound like an oxymoron but that is how impressed I was with the whole operation of things.
